About the Services
The Services are provided by Mile High Center of Ihsan, a nonprofit organization based in Aurora, Colorado.
We may build or share software and resources for nonprofit purposes and community benefit. The Services may change over time as we learn and improve.
Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access
- Do not disrupt or interfere with the Services (including by introducing malware)
- Do not misuse our name, logo, or content in a way that is misleading
We may suspend or limit access to the Services if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, tools, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by their terms.
Messaging (text & email)
By providing your mobile number and/or email address and opting in (for example, by registering for an event or requesting updates), you consent to receive text messages and emails from Mile High Center of Ihsan.
Messages may include event communications, announcements you requested, account or registration notices (if applicable), and security messages.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
Opt out:
- Text messages: reply STOP to opt out (or reply HELP for help)
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link (when available) or contact us
Even if you opt out of promotional messages, we may still send non-promotional messages necessary to provide the Services you requested (for example, event logistics or security notices).

We do our best to protect your information and implement security and privacy practices appropriate for our size and resources. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and you use the Services at your own risk.

Our total liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to $1, including attorneys’ fees, regardless of the form of action (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
Nothing in these Terms affects any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
